GUAM COMMUNITY COLLEGE GRANTS

ARRA
Guam Community College has become a stronger, more vibrant institution because of the approximately $9 million it has received in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding.

Carl D. Perkins Career & Technical Education Grant
As the State Agency for career and technical education (CTE) on Guam, GCC remains steadfast on providing rigorous CTE programs to further strengthen and develop Guam’s workforce. The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) supports the development of the academic and career and technical skills of secondary and postsecondary students critical for employment in high-skill, high-wage, and high-demand occupations in current and emerging professions.
