Session 1:

Are you someone who is not convinced that a college education is for you? Or maybe you think I’d like to go, but don’t have the resources to make it happen? This session will help you see the value of higher education and how it can open doors of opportunity for you. You will be able to make the school and work connection and develop a better understanding of how GCC can help make your transition to higher ed a reality and not just a pipe dream. Invest in yourself, invest in college, invest in your future! You can with GCC!

Financial Aid / Imagine Yourself in College
(9:00 am - 10:00 am)
Attend this session to discover the opportunities you have to fund your college education. A financial aid professional will guide you through the process and offer you various funding options. Students from GCC’s Human Communication and Speech class share experiences, challenges and pro-tips to help you get an idea of what to expect from your pivotal years after high school.
