The Fall 2025 tuition payment deadline is Friday, August 8, 2025 (5 pm).

SP25 Pell Grant recipients can collect their checks at the Cashier's Office during the following hours:
 

• Monday, 03/24/2025 to Thursday, 03/27/2025: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday, 03/28/2025: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; after 12:00 PM, checks will be mailed to the address on your account.

For those with direct deposit, awards have been successfully transmitted to the bank.

Campus safety tips to keep you and everyone around you safe.

The Guam Community College congratulates students each semester for their high academic achievement and inclusion on the college's Dean's List. A suitable notation of this achievement is placed on their College transcript. To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher with enrollment and completion of 12 or more credits for the semester (Pass/Fail and Credit/No Credit courses are not counted). The Dean's List is published at the completion of the semester by the Admissions & Registration Office and a copy of this memo will be emailed to all recipients.
