It is my great honor and privilege to serve as President of Guam Community College. I am humbled by the opportunity to join an institution that has earned the trust of our island community by transforming lives through education, workforce development, and public service.

For more than four decades, Guam Community College has fulfilled a unique and vital mission—preparing students not only for careers, but for meaningful lives of purpose, service, and lifelong learning. Whether our students are pursuing a college degree, earning an industry-recognized certification, completing an apprenticeship, obtaining a high school diploma through Adult Education, or gaining new skills through workforce training, GCC is committed to helping every learner achieve their goals.

As we look toward the future, our focus remains clear: to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible education that responds to the evolving needs of Guam's workforce and economy. We will continue strengthening partnerships with business, industry, government, and community organizations to ensure our programs prepare graduates for today's careers and tomorrow's opportunities.
